Tourist Rocket Ship Set to Launch by 2010
First of all, I would never go somewhere where there is not a single sign of civilization.

Secondly, tourists get lost all the time while they are traveling to different places. What if we get lost and can never come back?

Lastly, I think the $200,000 price is perfect for a trip like this because I am sure the aerospace company will get sued for something ridiculous, like the disgusting dehydrated food.

I can't BELIEVE that there is a chance of life on a moon! After reading this article and watching the video, I have realized how much I have been missing out on Science. The thing that really surprised me was that in the video, they said that Enceladus has poles also. Just like how the Earth does. Or was it Saturn? I wasn't really paying attention. Both ways, that was intriguing <--I had to google that word to find the correct spelling >.<

Vast Antarctic Ice Shelf About to Collapse
This kind of reminded me of Ice Age: The Meltdown. =D

I personally feel guilty now about not doing anything for the environment. Especially the Global Warming situation.

I know that there are solutions like Hybrid cars and Solar energy powered cars, but they are pretty expensive and not that common. Plus, the electricity that it uses takes the price up. Unless somebody comes out with a less expensive way of helping nature, life on Earth is certain to end.

The Science of Baseball Stats
I agree that most well informed fans can pick the winners without the numbers, but why the rage against the numbers? that's what I will never understand. As for the diamond backs, what they did is highly unusual, and there's some luck involved as well as maybe some determination from the players. but you will see few teams in between that will do that.

Oldest Known Human Fossil Found In Europe
Two totally random thoughts...
-I wonder if the person, who's jawbone was found, ever expected it to be known as Europe's oldest fossil.
-Where's the rest of the body?! How can only the jawbone be found?!

Oldest Human Fossil

Whoaaa!! A 1.3 million-year-old fossil. I think this is amazing. If there is a jaw then there must be more fossils hidden out there. The jaw from the picture is in very good condition considering its age.

woww. I never thought baseball had any science behind it! Well now i do. I agree with Sana that the fans can pick the winners without the numbers. Sometimes it can just be common sence to tell. ;]

Vast Antarctic Ice Shelf About to Collapse

This is what makes me feel bad about using the items we do today that pollute/warm the air around us. These things could have been prevented if we stoped some of the choices we make today. I feel bad for all the penguins and polar bears and other animals that live in the cold climates!

wow! It's pretty cool that there could possibly be life somewhere other than planet earth!(aliens!!!!!!jk). This could be a good thing for us in the future. Later in time, when technology is even better, something could happen to Earth and we would have somewhere else to go. Just a guess though.

Tourist Rocket Ship Set to Launch by 2010

If i could afford this I would go. I would probably wait for other people to go up first, so I wouldn't be the first. In the future maybe they will make larger aircrafts that hold more people and the price would go down to $5,000 or $10,000.

--SEEDS OF LIFE FOUND NEAR SATURN--
this subject of there possably being other living creatures on another planet other than a solid one just kind of freaks me out...my main question is how the crap did they get there and why are we just now finding the evidence... to tell yo the truth i hope there are no other living creatures but us, i mean we have enohg problems on our own planet, we don't need more enemies than we already have... just saying =D

--TOURIST ROCKET SHIP SET TO LAUNCH BY 2010--
NO NO NO NO!!! i would never go on a trip like this!!! omg i just get scared by the stupid space movies where like all tho oxygen or water supply just vanishes and they all die!!! plus i agree with what sana said about the thing where ther is no evidence showing that any life has been found. that means that its impossable to survive or people are not stupid enough to even try to go on an unknown planet!!! =D

Wow! A 1.3 million year old human fossil? Could this mean... We are closer to discovering exactly when we were evolvd on this planet? And if we are related to chimps or not? I hope so!

water in Saturn

It would be really interesting to know if life was existing in saturn

If earth was about to come to an end
we could probably go to saturn and live there and form a civilization

But the same thing happend some years ago when scientists said that they had found a trace of water in mars

I don't beleive in this unless they give us the real footage or proof that there is water in saturn

Antartic Ice

It is really scary to know that ice is melting in the pole of the earth
that means the oceans might become more dense with water and the oceans plates might crash into land plate and create a flood and destroy mankind forever(jk)

This is just like the article that I read about in a flier

it said that the ice in both the poles are melting and global warming should be stopped
Because the ozone layer is losing its atoms or molecules and cannot protect us from uv rays of the sun.

The rocket ship 2010

I think it would be really cool to fly to space but it costs really a lot

and

where do the people who make these get nerve to spend so much crude oil and gas that is needed to make this vehicle fly

As you said in class ms. q

The gas prices will defenitely raise if this program is introduced to public
